-Building a team that is vested with a sense of pride and ownership in both their jobs and the organization. It is important to remember to be a leader and not a boss. Leaders invest thoughtful time and effort into building their team, they are out of the box thinkers and risk takers. Sometimes you have to take risks and make drastic moves to achieve that next level. This is an aspect where you can also apply innovation and creativity. If you identify a strength or challenge within your team, determine what must be done to capitalize on it.
